Working in a multicultural environment, it becomes extremely important to take other people’s cultural perspectives into consideration. Therefore, BOPPL project teams have begun implementing variety of initiatives that foster increased awareness among the people in the project area in hopes of improving team effectiveness and overall success.
Awareness such as “the Benefit of Oil Palm Plantation and Future Economic” by providing economic and employment opportunities for the benefits of the local people, “Health Talk” by BOPPL in-house nurse and other related activities were held throughout BOPPL project area. BOPPL also work closely with the landowners and local governmental departments in light of bringing positive changes and the improvement of livelihood to the local people.
We believe with our reputable backgrounds and experiences in oil palm plantations, competent technology and equipment, as well as our skilled manpower; BOPPL is not only equipped to carry out the overall objective set out but also creating positive differences in our project areas.
